Affiliate Gathering to Kick Off Adirondack Fitness Challenge Weekend
This one-day experience brings affiliate owners and coaches together to strengthen their businesses, share ideas, and reconnect with the purpose behind their work.
The day will feature a lineup of speaker sessions and workshops focused on affiliate growth, operations, and building a lasting, impactful gym. Attendees will also take part in a midday workout on the competition floor inside the historic 1932 Jack Shea Arena—the same floor where athletes will compete in the Adirondack Fitness Challenge.
From the morning kickoff through the afternoon sessions and evening happy hour, the gathering is designed to help you grow as an owner and leader while connecting with others dedicated to advancing CrossFit in their communities.

After the afternoon session, join us in The Great Room at the Lake House, just a short walk from the Conference Center, for an evening of drinks, food, and great conversation.
No presentations. No agenda. Just time to unwind and connect with fellow affiliate owners and partners in a relaxed setting. Think fireplace, pool table, and plenty of space to hang out overlooking the lake.
THE LAKE PLACID OLYMPIC CONFERENCE CENTER
The Affiliate Gathering will be held at the Lake Placid Conference Center, located within the Lake Placid Olympic Center in the heart of downtown Lake Placid. This historic venue has hosted the 1980’s Miracle on Ice, world championship events, and leaders from across sport and business. With direct access to the 1932 Jack Shea Arena and walking distance to Main Street, the Conference Center provides a professional setting surrounded by the energy and legacy of Olympic sport.
