HOW TO COMPETE

  • Before you register, decide which division best suits your skill level and age:

    Rx Division: For athletes performing workouts at their highest level.

    Scaled Division: For those still refining their skills with modified workout challenges.

    Masters Division: Newly introduced for athletes aged 40 and above, celebrating enduring fitness prowess.

    Partner Divisions: Same-sex partner teams

  • Begin your journey by enrolling in the Adirondack Fitness Challenge Online Qualifier (AFCOQ). Registration launches on Monday, November 27th at 8:00pm EST. Sign up promptly to ensure your spot in your preferred division.

  • On Thursday, January 18th at 8:00am EST, the AFCOQ workouts will be unveiled. Get acquainted with the routines, strategize your approach, and after giving it your all, submit your scores along with any necessary videos by Monday, January 29th at 11:59pm EST.

  • After the online qualifier, the top 40 men and 40 women from each division will be selected for the main event. Invitations will start rolling out on Monday, February 12th. If you're among the chosen, ensure you confirm your participation by the deadline on Monday, February 26th at 11:59pm EST.

  • With your spot secured, gear up for the grand showdown in Lake Placid on Saturday, June 29th and Sunday, June 30th. Train diligently, eyeing not just the title but also a share of the $2500 prize purse. Arrive in Lake Placid, ready to immerse yourself in the competitive spirit. Showcase your skills at the Adirondack Fitness Challenge, set within the historic 1932 Jack Shea Arena, and experience an unmatched competition set against Lake Placid's Olympic legacy.
